Tvt Elegant Nail

Nice salon. However the female owner is a rude woman. The girls and guy are very thorough with mani/pedi which I love. The only thing I don’t like is that they claim not to go by appt…yet customers called to book ahead that said day causing others to wait longer. I waited 2 hours to get my nails done as a result of that

About a week ago, my mother went to this nail salon and they had absolutely terrible costumer service. When she first arrived she had to wait about an hour as there was only one nail tech. She had to quickly step out and when she came back other costumers had entered. My mother was then skipped and told to go somewhere else. The nail techs accused her of trying to skip the line although they knew she was there first. If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would

Please give me one good reason my nails are coming off within 3 days.. Tony always hook me up and sadly one came off without me even realizing it and you could genuinely tell it wasn’t my fault because if it was my nails would be damaged bleeding that’s what happen when you have a strong apex and it is just the customer but as you can see ...Apex was not in the right placement which is why I think I came off so easily tried calling 7 times to see how they can accommodate because 3 days is ridiculous but not answer

A young lady did my pedicure she did everything wrong . She mess my mail up and the polish was atrocious I told her to remove it and just left . They robbed me my $25 . If the younger guy is not there do not do your nails!

Really poor job on my French manicure. My natural nails were left uncovered like she was trying to save on the white polish. She only put a thin line on the top of each nail. I complained from first time she did it, but she ignored me. My pedicure was solid color, it was okay. Not sure when, or if, I will return. Still hiding my hands.
