Disappointed with my haircut by Jenn - uneven pieces and a frizzy mess. I came to her salon based on the 5 star recommendations and years of experience. She IS a nice, sweet lady but her hair cutting techniques are not world class. She did not use the basic hair-cutting techniques I see other stylists use like point cutting and checking the "hair guide" for even cuts. Instead I was sent on my way with the suggestion that "if (I) don't like it over the weekend to come back and fix anything I find that doesn't look right." Will not return to this salon.

I moved to another state and still come back to Jenn for haircuts. She is incredible at making me feel beautiful. Whenever I want a style change, I give her a general idea and she finds a way each time to make it favor my face shape/look. I swear I walk out five years younger each visit. She's help me experiment with fun colors and short cuts I never would have expected I could pull off. She's a true artist that is personable and kind. It takes a bit to get in with her. She's in high demand. Book out an appt! You won't be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Jenn enough as she is phenomenal at what she does! I am generally a rather difficult client when it comes to my hair - before finding her I would usually leave a salon chair upset with my new hair cut or style.. I can honestly say that has never once happened with Jenn and I have been a client for a while now. Each time I sit down in her chair I get up with a renewed sense of self confidence and fabulous hair. I would like to say that I'm not sure what the deal was in the previous review from a few months ago about the young lady with her hair color BUT what I can say is that does NOT sound like how Jenn conducts herself nor her business. I love Jenn! She always works me in because my schedule is so crazy. Her cuts and colors are gorgeous! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Her salon is always impeccably clean and so cute! The atmosphere is always fun and a lot of laughter! Jenn is the best I highly recommend her!😍

I’m the worst kind of hair client. I never know what I want; I only have a general idea. I don’t even take great care of my hair. It’s frequently in a hat or a ponytail. But Jenn still found a way to work with that for me! She even took the season into consideration when she chose my hair color. I love when stylists can get creative and work with nothing. They’re always the most talented.
