Tôi Spa at Plantation Walk

First time at Tôi and it was a pleasant experience. Got the builder gel with gel polish and my daughter got a kids mani. Lee was very sweet and attentive and Kyle’s attention to detail was impressive. The place was clean and cozy, no strong smells. And they offered refreshments. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends ♥️

I tried this salon a few weeks ago while searching for my new go-to spot after relocating to the area, and had a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful throughout the visit. Parking was easy with plenty of spots available, which is always a plus. Overall a really pleasant experience — I’ll definitely be back.

It was my first time at this salon, and I was so disappointed. The place looks luxury and stylish, but my experience was terrible. It took 1.5 hours just to remove my gel polish! The “manicure” was only pushing my cuticles back — no real care at all. She didn’t shape my nails properly, I had to ask her 3 times to fix them. I chose a soft, light pink and ended up with a bright “Paris Hilton” pink. The polish was messy and all over my fingers. When I paid, the cashier didn’t even ask how my experience was — just said the total, nothing else. Very unprofessional. Never going back.

Had a lovely experience here with my niece and sister in law. Everyone was lovely and seemed to enjoy their work. We loved our nails and the salon was beautiful. We even went to the wrong location and were late and they were so accommodating. Will definitely be back in the future!

I love the modern decor and elevated finishes. I feel like I’m having a luxury experience in a quiet spa. I always get wonderful service here, and if you go, ask for Van. Not only is she a true artisan with nails, but she has an amazing personality. Trust me, you will enjoy your experience! The special touches Toi. Salon does for their customers mean a lot like fresh brewed espresso, hot towels, and more. It’s definitely my favorite! I actually drive all the way from Aventura area to go to this salon.
