U S Nails

I got my nails done on October 25 which I payed $75 for gel polish on both my hands and feet and not even a whole week later my polish is coming off 6 of my nails 3 on each hand. I payed for gel polish because it last longer. I don't know what happened but I know this shouldn't have happened.

First the ladies are rude & VERY unprofessional. I went to get a pedicure & one of my big toes broke so I wanted them to add a fake nail to make them look even well instead of doing what I asked they just rushed and put acrylic on my nail and didn’t even try to shape it to match my other one.. once it was time for me to check out the lady at front wouldnt tell me a price or let me see my receipt.. she tried to cover it with her hand & make me sign the paper before giving my card back once I asked her to the 3rd time how much was it she said $73 and i just walked out because i was over it… overall this place is very uncomfortable & unprofessional!!!!

First off the lady at the front desk was very rude,Second off the service is so damn high but u don’t get what u paid for I went there for a medi and pedicure and the lady that scrub me feet barley scrub them I asked her to scrub them better she didn’t even try I didn’t get no massage on my feet like any other nail salon my feet was rushed then when it got to my nails I wanted a deep French tip so I have to pay for the set then turn around and pay an additional 30$ for the tip that she didn’t even know how to do so I asked for the refund for the tips that I paid for Then for them to tell me I had to wait till a manger get off a plane is insane yall got my money the same time yall did my nails why the hell I can’t recieve my money now ! Now as of today I’m still waiting on a refund my feet

Absolutely excellent jpb. The guy that did my pedicure scrubbed really well. My feet feel amazing.

Mrs. Kim is wonderful as always! I just love the way she takes her time with my nails and show genuine interest in my nail health. I've tried other shops, but no one can compare and that's why I'll always be a customer.
