The cashier over there her name is Asia, she was very very helpful, she helped find the the type of hair I was looking and she even went through the hassle of finding the right colors for me, overall I will definitely come back bec the costumer service was excellent

Asia was great she helped me find what I was looking for and gave nothing but great energy.

This is so far my favorite beauty supply in Champaign. They have a lot in the store, it's not far from the expressway, and they have fairly priced wigs and hair. Definitely worth it.

Because when I walked in there, trying to get some service and something done, I asked her the helper there at that place to help me out for something. She got a attitude and she did not wanna help me with anything. She literally cursed me out and called me all types of names so I don’t I’m not going to this Utah in Decatur anymore because the customer service is really bad. They’re unprofessional and they don’t do their job.

Who is the new drill Sargent at u-top? I can’t stand her!! Light skin short lady! Every time I come in the there she got a nice nasty attitude. And always tryna tell you about hair and then get an attitude when you tell her you’re a stylist. Like your help is appreciated but NOT needed love! And you look like you could use my services! This is a beauty supply store not the army! Since when can’t you go shopping with a drink? I go into Burlington, the mall, Ross, dollar general and etc with beverages all the time!! You call she answers and sits the phone down! She has no respect and her customer service sucks! She’s on a real bad power trip!
