I feel comfortable and welcomed at this tanning spot! I've observed all ages and shapes tanning. Sadly, I can't afford to tan year-round. I usually opt for the least expensive monthly package, enjoying up to 12 mins in the beds. Starting at 7 minutes due to my fair skin, gradually increasing each week works wonders. Beds 1 & 4 each have their specialties; one for color, the other for longevity – a great tip is to alternate between them! They have more powerful tanning booths requiring less time also. For best results, shave the day before, prep with exfoliation, skip makeup and perfume, and always use indoor tanning lotion, preferably with bronzer (though Ucatan's prices can be steep!). Overall I like the place but something happened today that irritated me. I paid for the month like $200, only took 3 tans and the last time I was in I specifically asked when is the last day... I was told the 21st. Here I am it's the 21st and they are saying it ended on the 20th. And they won't give me a tan. Which I feel isn't a lot to ask for seeing that it would have only been my 4th tan on the month. Idk if I wanted to know the first day I can't get tans under my package I would have asked that. But who asks that? Obviously I'm asking so I can get one last tan. I don't need to know when I can't tan. I need to know what's the last day I can tan!

Employees are mostly friendly and fast, the manager is awesome. Wish they had more than one of the lowest level bed and the price for the lowest membership was more inline with my past salons. Nice you can go to any of the locations. Always clean and plenty of parking.

I lost a very expensive personal item at the Garfield location. I notified the girls (Danielle and Katie). Upon my Return I found the girls on their hands and knees searching extensively to locate it. They found my item and I have it back in my possession. I was very impressed by how thoroughly they searched; their thoughtfulness, customer service, (not only that day but every day I have been in there) !! I want to thank them both. I would also like the owners to know that this type of service keeps people coming back. Thank you ladies.

I got a mystic tan, dark colored with extra bronzer mist included. The color looks really great but the tan is very uneven. It’s much darker on the outside of my legs and arms then the inside, by many shades. I have used the mystic tan booth many many times at other locations so I know how to stand and what to do. This was my first time at Yucatán. It doesn’t look great because it’s so uneven. A little disappointed
