If I could give this 0 stars I would gladly do so. This place is an utter joke and a stain on the "UF" name (and that's coming from an FSU graduate!). Waited weeks for a consult just to show up and have the staff tell us they had no clue why we were there. This should have been my first clue to run from this "practice". After discussing the procedure my daughter required (wisdom teeth removal) we were told it would be several weeks, if not months, before they could get an estimate of the cost. Subsequent calls to find out what was going on were met with discussions about records not being found, people with which previous discussions were had being no longer there, and inordinate promises of callbacks that were never received. The last straw was discussing my issues with someone for 45 min

How my two procedures were handled at this facility definitely calls for a 5-star review! DR. TINA TRAN, I trust you with any medical procedure, dental or not, simply because you are the absolute definition of care and comfort during an operation. Not only is your work amazing, but the way you treat a nervous patient is what is missing in the industry. Thank you, Dr. Nocella and Mr. Richard, for being such wonderful people and efficient staff!

I was referred to this office on March 9, 2023, and had an X-ray done. I was told that they would call me to schedule a surgery appointment, but I never received that call. When I tried to reach them, I encountered difficulties with their phone system, which was quite inadequate. I could not connect directly and was only able to leave messages. They did receive my messages and returned my call. However, things became complicated due to a miscommunication between my insurance company and the dentist's office. My insurance provider faxed the approval for my surgery to the dentist, but the office claimed they never received it. I contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that the fax had indeed been sent—not once, but twice. I requested that they resend it and provided the correct

There are many reviews about the staff and not receiving follows up. It’s true. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with UF Health. I was referred here in December and spent months trying to get a consultation scheduled. Despite following up multiple times in December and January, I received no outreach from their office. It wasn’t until late February that I was finally seen. At the consultation, I provided my insurance information, paid an out-of-pocket amount, and was seen for less than five minutes. I was told they needed to clarify the referral with my dentist and that someone would follow up. That never happened. To this day, I’ve received no communication, no scheduled procedure, and no clear next steps. My MyChart shows no updates or progress
