I am very pleased with how my hair came out. I booked a silk press and got amazing service. As an individual of color with coily hair my service was amazing. I would like to thank Amber for her amazing service and recommendations.

Went to get a haircut yesterday. I asked for a shoulder length haircut that was all the same length. She ended up doing it to my chin with lots of layers. She cut it dry and didn’t show me it until it was done.. I didn’t say anything because I thought it was longer since it was curled.

The last that helped me color match today was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a brand and shade I would be comfortable in. I could tell she gave her honest opinions and that was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful ambiance! Staff very unhelpful. Jessica told me she could order a product and she couldn’t figure it out. So I cancelled it. She also wasn’t that nice. If you are of Brown complexion this store had bare minimum coverage and empty shelves for people of brown complexion. I’ll stick to the location by the fashion mall. Do better Ulta.

This ulta in avon is so good they have such amazing products and especially this worker named “ Fatma” is so so nice she helped get all the best products they helped my skin get so much better. She also very friendly and considerate.
