I had made mom an appointment for a makeup session and 2 hours before the appointment, someone called and canceled it. I called the store and explained the situation (too long to explain here) and the manager, Shawnee ( not sure of spelling, they call her Neicy in the store) made everything right and got mom in with another makeup artist. Shoutout to Zee ( charlotte tilbury artist) who made mom look beautiful and really lifted her spirits!!!! These two employees deserve a huge kudos and raise for making mom’s experience awesome and her day a bit brighter.

Candace was exceptional, she helped me download the app and she even took her time step-by-step to make sure I understood the different deals and discounts they had available. She also helped me utilize my benefits and rewards program and it was super helpful. I will be back tomorrow to do some try on because I’ve seen a lot of different stuff that they were able to recommend to me as a first time make up fire.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I first got greeted by Ashley. I am no beauty guru by all means, but I will be getting married soon so I wanted to purchase nicer makeup products rather then drug store makeup. Ashley not only helped me but also made me feel at ease. I was nervous to see what makeup would work best on my freakles but she not only color matched me, she helped me find alternatives on a budget. I will be back, and mostly because how nice Ashley was. She is amazing. When I told management about how awesome she was, they already knew and were also very friendly. That’s the environment I strive for when shopping.

We came in with a list and no idea where anything was, and Candice absolutely saved us!! She was so kind and efficient, she saved us EASILY 20 minutes of wandering around. To say we're grateful is putting it lightly, and her knowledge of the layout was impressive. Thank you Candice, you're the best!!!

This locations is NEVER on time with curbside orders. I checked in over 30 minutes ago and still have yet to get my order . I called inside the store twice to no answer. This is the first nor second time from this happening at this location specifically! Please do better
