If you are looking to match your skin tone with your foundation, ask for IAN she is super patient, kind, smart and nice. She tries many different tones and brands until we both found my tone. She shows me how to use correctly the primer, foundation, blush. I love what she did with me. I am 40 years old so she helped me with makeup according with my skin, she explain about the minerals that my face needs, etc. Ian the best!!

I have been a customer since 2006, I received my order today with the bottom of the box opened and TAPEd and my 2 items ($118) stolen. I reported to Ulta and was told the package was correct weight when it left facility, no refund & no replacement! They basically blamed Fedex. I have received boxes with missing item’s before from Ulta. Horrible customer service! Cut up my card and closed my account. Karma is real Ulta!

Terrible experience today with Ulta salon (like the store though). I booked an appointment with the best stylist there for a haircut.I got there today and this stylist pretty much told me there was nothing she could do for me, even though my hairline looks like crap and needed trim. I have never had this happen at a salon before. Oh well, bye to her 50 tip, I would have given.

Most of the younger employees are super nice and I appreciate that so much but the past couple of times i’ve been in, i’ve been asked if I needed help 3 times within 2 minutes because I was looking at all the new stuff. the 3rd time the older woman said it in a way that sounded like she was suspicious of me? when I was just trying to decided between shades. it seems as though the longer you stand in one spot, the more suspicious the older women are of you from some reason. I just wish I could shop in peace, but it’s become harder and harder at this location.

So glad I took the time to stop at this location! I had been struggling with my foundation choices. From trying multiple high price department brands, viral online sensations, and even discounted drug store classics without much success. I came in determined to find something that would finally match my skin tone which has proven difficult. Kate was awesome! She took her time with me, answering all of my questions with honest, no fluff answers. When I told Kate that finding my match was tricky, she said she liked the challenge. I don't think she knew quite what she was in for but she handled it quite well! She went through multiple bottles each of at least four different quality brands before finding my match. It looked great in the store, but I must say, I was still a bit skeptical; just
