Customer Reviews
I was in on 9/27 to get hair and makeup done for a wedding. Both hair and makeup were not good but the makeup was atrocious. Before I get into details, it is important to note the woman who provided these services for me was incredibly nice, talkative, and had natural customer service. I have zero issues with her at all—in fact I would not be leaving a review had the manager called me. So the manager can be thanked for this. Straight up the makeup that was done on me was bad. I provided photos below. Look at my skin. Look how nothing is blended. There is no color to my face. I look dead. What’s up with the eye makeup? Visible glue. Uneven and terrible winged liner. Anyone looking at these photos can see how awful the makeup was. *I went home and redid my own makeup* I do makeup on myself e
The cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. Let me preface this.. I have worked in retail and I understand having a bad day. But what this girl said while I was standing in front of her embarrassed me so badly that I will NEVER show my face in this store again. While she was ringing me up, she was talking on her headset to another employee. I accidentally used the wrong debit card, which only covered about half of my purchase. I said that it was probably the wrong card. While I was getting my other card out the cashier said this exactly, I am assuming into her headset, "No one can afford anything. Hashtag economy. Do I blame them? No. Am I annoyed? Yes." And I was in such shock that I really thought in that moment that there is no way this person is saying this about me right
I have been going to this Ulta for years, it’s always been pleasant. But this week, one of the girls (Danni/Dani) was so incredibly helpful I actually want to leave a review. From the start, Danni was gentle and willing to help. I had various product questions (for hair/skin/makeup/fragrance). She was kind and instantly put me at ease with her warm demeanor. Not to mention exceptionally knowledgeable with product info, knew exactly what to suggest, and where they were located in the store (thank you, that would’ve taken me forever). Through all my questions she was patient, honest and thoughtful. If she sees this, thank you so much for your thorough help (I’m the woman who came in with the pink notepad with my questions written lol). One week in, and very satisfied with the recommendations
Yesterday I came in for hair tinsel. Originally thought it was $15, but agreed to another $15 for more. In the end, I was told it was $45, which my friend and I were not made aware of. Unfortunately, I paid $45 for half of the tinsel to simply fall out. It was really cute for a couple of hours, but can’t believe I paid $45 for a little sparkle in my hair for a single day.
This Salon does excellent they make you feel comfortable and relaxed also knowledgeable and Professional
