Let me telllll youuuuu! I have been a beauty professional for 15 years, and I rarely ever get to feel like a client. But when I walked in here yesterday, I was blown away. They treated me and my mom like queens! We bought skincare, makeup, and perfume! The stylists there collaborated with each other to find me the perfect fit for new makeup. Something simple, easy, and beautiful. They helped my mom find her shades and showed her all the steps to prep her skin. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different Ulta now. This is the spot for me! These ladies have set the bar SO incredibly high. And a special thank you to my new skincare/makeup Godmother. You know who you are! I can’t thank you enough for yesterday. Can’t wait to see you when I come back March 7th!

I want to give a special thank you to Kasey on 12/06/2025 for her extraordinary customer service which I enjoyed. Also, I appreciate her patience with me in selecting perfumes. I was going for a certain perfume but she introduced me to even a better selection of perfumes which had some perks. She is definitely knowledgeable. Also, my cashier Melanie very pleasant and kind.

I cannot begin to express my pure joy with my experience at the Lady Lake Florida store! Absolutely genuine care was provided for me with top notch above and beyond customer service! No pressure or judgment. A standup ovation is deserving of the staff that has been employed to represent Ulta beauty in the store! The beautiful ladies varying in age at this location, all share a common goal and that is to make everyone feel special and beautiful. I went into Ulta in Lady Lake today feeling old and wrinkled. I was introduced to Kathy who, was so very knowledgeable and kind. She gave me so much advice and some really great tips. I purchased everything she suggested and I walked out feeling 100% better than when I walked in. She will be my forever go to. She's awesome.

I was followed so closely around the store the entire time I was there. The employees were looking at me like I was a thief and harassing me to the point where I don’t even know if I got what I needed. I was just trying to get whatever because I felt rushed and so uncomfortable. I don’t know what about me screams thief but I spent over 170$ of my hard earned money. Won’t be coming back to this location.
