The customer service here is exceptional! I'd especially like to thank sales associate, Autumn, for making it such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. She was very knowledgeable about hair products and skincare, and recommended options that met my specific needs. She honestly provided me better information than many stylists I've asked in the past. It's evident how passionate she is about what she does which made this process feel so thoughtful.

When I went into ulta yesterday I went to go get three things… eyeliner, brow gel, and lash glue… and one thing led to another and I spent A WHOLE HOUR in ulta with the most amazing associate Abbie!!! She walked me around the store and gave the best reccomendations on products that I really didn’t need, but bought anyways of course. She made me laugh my cheeks off and she really made my day 100% better (although I did forget the lash glue because I was having a time lol) !! Thanks Abbie 💋

Awesome experience as well! I visited another Ulta the same day and both were outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend visiting here. Also I received a free gift from a purchase 😁

Walked inside for a silk press and a trim. Scheduled my appointment and heard the stylist and I’m assuming the head stylist whispering about how “my hair doesn’t need a silk press”. My hair is super curly and thick. Any time I walk in to get it straightened they never take the time to part it right and do it in small sections. So I was told to ask for a silk press. I did and they didn’t deliver. I guess I don’t know my own hair and they know it better. Don’t recommend going here if you have thick curly hair and want a silk press. They won’t do it.

BAD EXPERIENCE AS A FOREIGNER!!!!! I had the worst experience here at Ulta Rossford. I visited there last week, and the discrimination there toward us was interesting. Workers there checking on us almost every 5 minutes and acting like we’re about to steal, even tho we said we don’t need help, they still following us, and tell us where the sale and cheap stuffs are??? I’ve been noticing they will check on everyone every once in a while but not like that. Felt very disrespected and will not come back.
