Ulta Beauty

Atmosphere, vibe and overall instock and cleanliness was bad. The lights were low they looked closed and noone spoke but watched us. My kids and I were watched, followed and harassed and still didn’t get greeted. As a black woman it’s embarrassing to have other black women treat you like this. I took my daughter and her friends in for her birthday after visiting the Fun Park to pick out something since we don’t have an Ulta in our city but ultimately ended up leaving because they watched them the whole time. Do better Ulta. We will continue going to Valdosta.

I went to Ulta today to make a return at 6:15 pm after work and I see that the doors are locked. Apparently the store closed an hour early yet the hours listed on the paper outside say that the close at 7 as well as google. I can see the associate on their phones at the register while people keep coming to the door and pulling on it. They can’t even say that they are closed because they are not. I love Ulta and this is extremely unprofessional. I would understand if they were cleaning or fumigating. Anything that requires the store to close early but this is not the case. The associates clearly don’t want to deal with the public so they closed early. Please do better and respect the customers by at least saying that they’re closed instead of leaving us standing there.

While this location has a relatively decent selection of products, the employees were unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. They had no product knowledge and were unwilling to assist in finding the specific item we came in to purchase.

Had people watching my every single movie trying to see if I was trying to still and I only was looking at blow dryers

Great selection of any products needed. Had trouble locating a product. 6 to 7 floor staff and stylist walked by with no eye contact or speaking. I finally had 1 who spoke and assisted after 30 minutes in store. Register service was good. Friendly there. Floor help was not wanting to be engaging.
