Wyatt treated me so incredibly special that I just had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the store was beautifully organized and offered outstanding customer service. I came in looking for a new face routine, and Wyatt went above and beyond to take care of me. Ladies and gentlemen, if you’re looking for a licensed, experienced esthetician, go see WYATT! Wyatt is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. This was my second time shopping at this location, and once again I’m completely amazed. I had a deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this Ulta location today. I was shopping for a specific YSL travel gift set as a birthday present, but the salesperson I encountered (white female, plump build) was dismissive from the moment I asked for help. She insisted that a Gucci set was the only one in stock. When I asked to smell the Gucci set to see if it would work as an alternative, she began talking over me and undermining my request. I had to firmly reiterate that I just wanted to smell the fragrance before making a purchase. At this point, she actually touched me without my consent. I had a great experience yesterday finding a new shade of lipstick after mine was discontinued. Aija helped find one that was closest to my favorite Chanel color after trying all the other brands. When we found out the coupon wouldn't apply the manager Vincent got it to work and Rosa rang it up for me with the discount. Everyone was so helpful and nice it was a great experience. I will definitely be back soon for more holiday shopping!

Dominique is AMAZING! She takes her time to make sure you’re both on the same page with color and expectations! Love love her! We had some fun with a pretty rich brown/red gloss. Highly recommend her!! :)

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about my favorite products. Store is very meat clean. I definitely recommend this store.
