I do not recall beauty advisor name. I was looking for a deep red lipstick. She recommended and sold me Mac lipstick Ruby Woo. She gave me her honest opinion. I am truly grateful and satisfied. The purchase was made Black Friday. Also, the same advisor assisted me again on 12/1 for a concealer, NYX. The product not in stock. She explained to me shipments would arrive. I'll check back next week for the concealer. Thank you, ULTA and the beauty advisor! Good day!

I went in last night looking for a certain product that I didn’t realize had been pulled/discontinued. Jane Immediately came to my rescue and spent a good bit of her time trying to figure out an alternative for me. She was extremely patient with me and so very kind. I think she deserves a raise! Thank you Jane!!

I started learning to do my own makeup a few months ago and needed some assistance getting a new shade. Bailey helped color match me along with a new concealer. She also helped me find a good blush and cologne for my boyfriend. Bailey has some of the best service I’ve had in a while.

I want to thank and also praise one of the managers named Naomi ,who works in this Ulta beauty. As someone who has never entered this store and having to complete a doordash order, Naomi coming straight up to me and saying she could walk me through and help me find all the products, I was extremely grateful because she got me in and out which helped my time on the doordash app. The store was really a beautiful store with tons of products related to beauty and I received great customer service from not only Naomi but the ladies at the registers as well. I would totally recommend the ladies are very professional and helpful.

Kierra ruined my daughter's bangs. She kept cutting after messing them up and wouldn't stop after being asked to repeatedly. (My daughter is a very kind hearted person and was afraid to just get up. She didn't want to hurt Kierra's feelings.) Her bangs are now micro bangs although she asked for curtain bangs and showed her a picture of what she wanted. This was actually the 4th time she had Kierra cut her hair. The 1st time she did a great job. The 2nd time she cut her hair way too short including her bangs but not as bad as this last time. My kind hearted daughter wanted to give her another chance and Kierra did a great job the 3rd visit. This 4th time was horrible, 3 days ago and she is still crying. How can a person make a "mistake" but keep hacking away hair to try to fix it. You can't
