If I could choose a lower star rating, I would. My sister was excited to have her shade matched and have the whole experience of finding the right one for her. But unfortunately, the lady we got(don't know her name, should have checked), was seriously careless about it. She didn't even take time to prep her skin and suggest recommendations. She just eyed a foundation and dabbed onto her cheek. One shade being completely off, and the other one was alright. She didn't bother showing her a mirror to see if she liked it or not and just walked away. Although it was slightly busy, they were honestly just standing around making sure no one stole anything. Need some better employees.

Kayla at the Mac makeup counter is Amazing!!! explained every product to me and what would help my skin type. she was very kind and social and made me feel very comfortable. She needs a raise!!! bought every product she used on me ☺️

Stylist Maddie is so awesome! So professional and so comforting. I avoid public spaces due to my over awareness of my anxiety and panic attacks. She made it such a relaxing experience. That was my first time experiencing a salon. She will take great care of you from comfort, to friendly relatable conversation, to excellent hair results. Thank you!! I know shoplifting is at an all time high but way to go on stalking your paying customers and making them feel uncomfortable while they shop. I recommend that customers order online with home delivery or order online & pick up in store. Do these employees get commission or a bonus for catching people shoplifting? It seems like it may be part of their job description.

This is for the woman who supposedly cut my hair. Don’t know her name - she didn’t introduce herself so I had to ask but I didn’t understand what she said. All I can say is she has green hair. I told her what I wanted - trim bangs, trim crown and clean up my hair. After maybe 7 minutes she was done. What!!?? You didn’t trim the top. Oh. So she ‘trimmed it’. But she never trimmed the front of my hair nor the sides. I asked if she could see what my last stylist had done so she could follow that and she said yes. Clearly she had no idea how to follow what had been done before. She only trimmed the ends. I could have said something again but I was so done. My husband was getting his hair trimmed and his stylist- Lania - was still cutting his while I waited. He has short hair and
