my daughter and I went to Ulta this afternoon, And she was stocking up on all her essential make up for the first time. So she had many questions for what to get as her main makeup routine. She had a lot of items on her wish list and many questions. It was such a blessing to have the Ulta representative, Royal with us to help - she was amazing!!! She walked us through the store And spent so much quality time with us to pick out different options, go through colors swatches and Keeping in mind, budget and quality. She was so extremely helpful, pleasant and a joy to shop with! We left with everything that My daughter was hoping for and more! We are so grateful for a wonderful mother-daughter shopping experience that Royal was able to provide for us. we also were able to receive amazing Tar

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was reminded today why I only shop at this Ulta when what I need isn’t at Sephora. The customer service is consistently disappointing.The store wasn’t busy, yet no one greeted me or offered help. I spent about 30 minutes in skincare and walked through makeup, clearly looking for products, and was never acknowledged.Meanwhile, an employee who identified herself as an “esthetician” approached another customer with personalized advice but never once acknowledged me. I also noticed that none of the Black customers in the store were approached either. Whether intentional or not, that pattern is uncomfortable and noticeable.

KYA!!! Absolutely beautiful with an incredible personality for customer service! Need I say more!! I would give this Ulta 10 Stars for meaningful customer service with a smile every time!!!

This store has the laziest and rudest staff by far. Every time I go into the store, it’s always an issue with trying to get the staff to help me. If I am trying to find something on an aisle and they’re putting stuff up they act as if I am in their way while having full-blown conversations about the club and being drunk the night before. Every time I do a pick up order, they never come out. Not a single time have they ever come out to bring my pick up order. This is insane as this is the only Ulta that does this. Please do better in picking the staff.

I don’t typically write reviews, but today’s experience felt different enough that I wanted to share. I’ve been coming to this Ulta location for a few years and have always had pleasant interactions with the staff, which is why this visit stood out. While there was a full line of customers, the associates at the front were laughing and discussing their breaks and personal matters without acknowledging customers. There was no greeting, and interactions felt monotone and disengaged. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. What stood out was that the customers themselves were kind and polite, yet the energy was not reciprocated. I understand long shifts and busy days, but the overall attitude came across as unprofessional. This is the first time I’ve experienced this here, and I hope this feedbac
