I came to This Ulta beauty to get skin care for My granddaughter, Janet she got bubble skin care. It started a bubble LOL! As a grandma I love coming to the store thank you thank you thank you ❤️

Everyone at this store is fantastic! Unlike a competitor beauty store it doesn’t matter if I show I’m in full glam with my designer clothes or sweatpants bare faced. The countless times I’ve visited this location every single employee has greeted me, all with smiles. Lynn wt the Clinique counter is an absolute gem! For the first time in my life I am struggling to find products that work with my changing skin. She somehow color matched me with foundation and concealer while wearing a full face of makeup (contour and bronzer included) she sent me home with two samples last week, expressing her belief I’d prefer one over the other. She was right! I came back in today for a new concealer recommendation. She offered me samples but I trusted her judgment and just purchased what she picked. Again

This is my third time coming to this location over the past two months and first two times I had a bad experience with customer service The managers are very rude, which is extremely disappointing when they’re supposed to be leading the staff. I went in earlier this week, looking for moisturizer and a few gifts. As soon as I entered the store, I was given very odd looks from A lady that claimed to be a manager when I asked her if it’s possible I can Get someone else to help me when I realized her tone of voice was very harsh towards me over simple questions. It was ruining my shopping experience, which is so disappointing because I love the brand Just wish they would really look into their staff. A very nice hairstylist at the salon was kind enough to let me know the manager name is Kriste

I’ve been here before and never had any complaints until the other day, the management is unprofessional for the way the greet once you come in, they’re to involved In gossiping with eachother instead of helping me and my mother in law . Christin or whatever her name is needs to do better because she was not forced to work there for her and the other lady to treat guest like that. Thankfully one of the cashiers was nice enough to give me the managers name so I can make a report.

If I could’ve rated it zero stars I would customer service is horrible. Like isn’t this supposed to be a happy time of year? A good percentage of the staff Which seemed like the people in charge Were extremely rude. It gives the Saratoga location of very bad look
