WAITING FOR A REFUND.Very unhappy with the ear piercing I received last Wednesday 2/11/26 in your Strongsville ULTA salon. Wasn't until out in daylight in my car I saw just how low on the earlobe the piercing on the one lobe was. Other one not placed good either. Andrew in corporate customer care emailed back and was sympathetic. Now it's 6 days later and Strongsville store management has YET to EMAIL ME or SUBMIT A REFUND of $55 + $4 tip (I paid CASH). Andrew has my name and address for my REFUND (he also has my receipt and photos of the piercings). Please consider retraining staff and better lighting in the room where piercing is done.

Got told if I sign up for a credit card I get $40 off my purchase. So of course I sign up. Not at any point until I was about to walk out the door, they told me that $40 will be on my credit card. If I knew I was gonna have to pay it at some point I wouldn’t have ever even signed up. But whatever, it’s only $40. I try to now log in to the website to pay but it won’t let me access my account. I go to the store to pay in person and they say they can’t pull up anything in store? That’s the dumbest business practice I’ve ever heard. Then I get told to call this number and I can pay there. I call it and they say they’re experiencing technical difficulties and they are unable to take payments right now. So now I am screwed and am gonna get a late payment on top of it. Came in last night, the staff was super sweet! They helped me get my items to the register, while my daughter was in the store. The items was her christmas! Ty for being so kind!!!

You can find pretty much everything you need here as far as perfumes and makeup, hair tools and nails. It is not as user friendly as Sephora with trying products on
