I used to like this place, but I won’t be going back. I always ask for help testing products because of my skin type, but I usually come with references for brands and products I’m interested in. I was assisted by a very young, slim girl (wearing tons of makeup in the middle of the day), and the experience was awful. She kept trying to push me into buying super expensive products from just one brand. Every single time I asked her to show me the products I had researched beforehand, she would just say, “I don’t like them” and never showed them to me. She only showed and tested the products she was trying to force me to buy, and every time I asked again about the others, she repeated the same line “I don’t like them.” As if she was the one going to use and pay for them… The service was ter

Terrible experience, Terrible customer service. I really tried to support Ulta but the unwillingness of the staff here to help was astounding. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told to wait, when I realized no one had called the manager I asked again and was rudely told I had to wait. Only to find out the manager was actually on a break and I was waiting for NO REASON.

This store is very organized compared to others easy to find every product is my go-to for all things beauty! They have a great mix of drugstore and high-end brands, plus their staff is always helpful. I also love the rewards program—it adds up fast!
