Excellent customer service! I wish I would have asked her name, but the girl behind the counter was so helpful and informative. She was also extremely accommodating. I have a really bad tan line and am getting married in 2 weeks. My tan line is really visible and my dress is backless so I need to fix it ASAP obviously. I reached out to Ultimate Exposure outside of business hours just to try and find out if I would be able to get in that day, and was met with a very quick response. She was willing to work with me, even outside of standard operating hours and I just thought that was the coolest thing. I just finished my first session and am very impressed with both the salon and the staff! Highly recommend!

What a great tanning salon. Competitive pricing and very nice employees; I have been a customer here for years and I would recommend them to anyone. A++++. The owner Stephanie is a such a kind and understanding lady. This is a small independent business here in the tri cities, and they would love your support. I have used more than a few tanning salons in my time and this place is the best, hands down. They have the hottest bulbs and the nicest set up inside their rooms. Absolutely love this tanning salon. The prices are fair, it is very clean and the beds are amazing. The best part is the customer service, the owner is there every time you go in. She greets you with a smile and remembers your name. She is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions. I never had a long wait for a bed. I went for a month unlimited package leading up to my sisters wedding and I'm super glad I chose this salon. Very pleased! I will be back soon.

I absolutely love this place and the owners. Soon as I walked in I was greeted felt like walking into somewhere, where I have been a billion times. The prices were great nothing to high that would break the bank, the girl behind the counter knew all about her lotions and knew exactly what I was looking for based off my description of what I was talking about. I was shown around the beds were explained to me in details with tons of questions asked. The beds were clean I loved the hand wipes and fresh clean towels. By far one of the best tanning experiences I have ever had. Definitely you new go to place. Hands down freaking amazing! Thank you Ultimate Exposer for an amazing experience!!!!!

My husband and I have been tanning here for years. Owners are exceptionally friendly, beds are super clean, and there are multiple opportunities for various forms of tanning such as Entropy. Definitely a Richland gem that you shouldn’t pass up. Cheers!
