Ultimate Nails

I hadn’t gone to a nail salon in almost 2 years because I always do my own nails, but yesterday I went last minute and instantly regretted it. My natural nails were long, and all I asked for was a simple manicure. Instead, she cut them super short she asked me “I cut nail” and right when I was about to say stop the cut was done and to top it off added acrylic without asking. Now my nails look short, thick, and chunky—like I’m trying to hide fungus. She didn’t even cut my cuticles, nothing and then still had the nerve to ask, “How much tip should I add to your card?” Tips should come voluntarily from the customer and not feel pressured. She was nice, but she did whatever she wanted instead of what I asked for. I was so disappointed

Daniel did an awesome job on my hair style and cut! I'm recovering from ankle surgery so my leg is in splint/cast and I was on crutches, he made sure I was comfortable during my time there. I didn't know what I wanted except for a super short haircut and it's perfect!!!!

Just left the shop. Pedicure was ok. I had the reflexology special. Advertised as an on hour foot massage and deluxe pedicure. The massage on feet was a joke. I still have dry cracked heels. There was only 2 ladies working. Both were very polite but were very rushed. People kept coming in for appointments and they were not in the book. Massage chairs are nice. The salon is dirty and tired. They need a lot of help. Very unorganized work areas. If you aren’t very picky it’s ok. I am very picky so I’ll find another salon for my next pedi. On a positive not everyone get a free quick manicure. Prices are very affordable!

Very friendly staff. The owner Diane was really nice and Amy did my pedicure. Definitely recommend this place.

The owner is wonderful! She is very accommodating and really good at what she does. I love her to pieces!
