I wanted to share my experience so others don't have to go through the same thing. I booked an appointment with Alicia for highlights. The initial color came out completely wrong—my hair was a bright, uneven orange. Although Alicia tried to fix it, the result was still unacceptable. When I contacted the owner, Jennifer, for a refund, she told me that the issue was 'between me and Alicia.' As a business owner, she should take responsibility for the services provided by her salon. Instead, she dismissed my concerns and offered no solution. I was forced to find another stylist and pay for a full correction. I started going to Alicia about 18 months ago when I was looking for a new stylist that specialized in blondes. My hair was not in the best condition when I started with her, but we have worked through it and my hair is healthy and growing. She does what is best for my hair while still listening to my concerns. The overall atmosphere is great and I look forward to my few hours of relaxation with her! 100% recommend!!

I love going to Jennifer, she always gives me her best advice before trying new styles with my hair. I am always hesitant with people touching my hair as it is curly, but she does a wonderful job at cutting and styling it.

The second time going to this location and not happy with service. First time I went to get hair extensions and the young lady said she would call me when she spoke with her manager about products and prices. (Never received a call). This time I went for lash extension. Not satisfied with outcome. I have done my lashes for some years so I know the steps to getting them done. Towards the middle of our session, I can feel she was getting frustrated and started rushing through the placement. Once done I mentioed to her what I observed and she would give me reasons why. Will not be going to this location again.

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a salon! The tanning bed was super comfortable and I can already see results!
