Came here on a last min trip , let’s just say I’ll stick to what I know. The woman that did my pedicure did an outstanding job. But for a fill-in I paid $95 and my French tips start chipping the same night and my finger is swollen and turning purple so I’ll be spending my day in the hospital 😩 im so upset cause where im from it would’ve been way cheaper and would’ve lasted

I moved to Charlotte six months ago. I tried several salons before Ultra. I feel so fortunate to have found them and haven’t ever thought of looking further. I’ve had eight or so services there mostly manicures, eyebrows and occasional pedicure. Every one of the technicians I’ve had has been superb. All of them are meticulous and pleasant. For the record, I’m an 81 year old man and I’ve been getting manicures since I was 16 years old. Ultra is clearly among the very top of the best places I have gotten these services from and that covers more than 60 years. There prices are very competitive and the salon is well kept and clean.

Lee gave me the BEST pedicure I have ever had! She was so sweet, always smiling and really cared about removing rough skin, giving a good massage, making sure the polish was perfect and even making sure it was dry before helping me with my shoes. The free wine was a plus and it’s GOOD! Not to mention the prices are hard to beat, and they use organic products . If I were a local I would be here every month!

Always a great experience every time I come here. Tran and Q always get me right. Super professional friendly and consistent with their work. The shop is clean the vibe is cool and the service is top tier. I highly recommend them if you want quality work and great customer service.

⸻ Kathy was my nail technician today and she was absolutely incredible. She helped me remove some skin from my nail bed that no one else has ever been able to touch — truly a miracle worker! Her attention to detail, her massage, the care she puts into everything… the whole experience was five stars. If you go, ask for Kathy. She’s outstanding and deserves all the recognition.
