Words cannot explain how unprofessional this lady is who claims her name is Nancy. I went in wanting acrylic nails. This lady started putting gel X. I proceed to tell her that I want ACRYLIC NOT GEL X and she keeps insisting while applying the gel X on me telling me that those are better. After I had them on she started cutting my cuticles AGGRESSIVELY I MEAN AGGRESSIVELY to the point where all my fingers started bleeding and she goes to tell me she didn’t notice. I told her to just take them off I couldn’t let her continue with my fingers full of blood. She soaked them off with acetone while my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding. I am so upset and frustrated with this stressful situation I was put in. I am honestly so scared to walk around with my fingers like this because I do work in the fo

They did a good job but it is pricey. Its cute and clean inside but Make sure to ask how much your nails are going to be because i showed them a picture and they didn’t tell me it was $50+ for design on top of what they charge for the set. Until after they started even tho i showed them when i first walked in What i wanted and they gave me a different price. Also pretty sure they had someone learning do them because theyre thick & not the shape i asked for. Ill be going back to my regular lady. Also $40 for a fill with no design is kinda expensive

I had an absolutely great experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The salon is brand new! Everything is clean, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch nail service.

Always polite and friendly, I love that they place a new clean plastic liner on the spa pedicure tub, not every nail spa does this. Spacious and open, you won't feel cramped!

Ume nails did really good work love how both full set and pedicure came out!!! Will be bringing my daughter and also will be coming back !
