UMI SPA

Yesterday was my first visit to Umi spa and it was pretty good, so I might come back when I’m in the Renton area again, though they are a bit pushy about tips during and after the massage. They respond to text messages, which is a plus. $113 for a 90 minute deep tissue massage (when paid for via credit card) is more than some other nearby places that charge $100, but it’s not a bad price. They ask for payment in advance which is pretty normal. The massage itself was a good deep tissue massage that I really enjoyed. The masseuse was quite strong and had good technique. She worked everything on the back: back, glutes, upper thighs, etc. She gave me a nice, strong head massage which was blissful. I absolutely love and recommend this place! I’m very picky about massages and I’ve had two full body massages that were so well targeted, great firm pressure. Lucky is such a skilled therapist. This is a new cozy and clean place .

This is my second time at this spa, and it's more cozy than before. Lisa's massage skills are amazing - definitely worth recommending.
