I’ve been coming to this salon for the past year, and every single time I make sure to book my services with Lorena, unless it’s a true 911 situation and I have to come in on one of her days off. From the very first appointment a year ago, I experienced her excellent service and attention to detail, and she immediately made me feel at home. Waxing can feel intimidating, but Lorena has a way of making the entire experience comfortable and easy. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and efficient. She explains everything clearly, works with care, and is very thorough. The results are always flawless, and the process is much less painful than you would expect. Went today for the first time. Had a really great experience 😊 Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Also,was happy to see that they ALL of the products they sell to maintain my skin in-between waxing at home. I really liked the environment and how knowledgeable everyone was . And I really felt pampered . I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time at Uni K Wax. I scheduled a same day appointment and went after work. Everyone was warm and welcoming. My waxer, Karla, was friendly and had a really good hand. I didn't sign up for their membership today but its a great deal for unlimited monthly waxings and 20% off other services and products.

first time with this waxing company. receptionist 5/5, she was nice! my brazilian wax results 4.7/5, aesthetician missed a small strip of hair BUT the wax that uni k uses seems to go well with my skin, which i love, i don’t have any irritation or ingrown hairs. it may be that i used finipil right after too, get you some on amazon ladies! as for the aesthetician herself, i went to adriana, she rushed me into the room but was welcoming, seemed like she was rushing through my wax and i’m not an aesthetician or anything, but isn’t it just common courtesy to hold down the place where you waxed to calm/desensitize the pain/stinging a bit for the customer??? she barely placed her hand/held pressure where she waxed, very odd. she didn’t give any post wax tips, product recommendations or anything.

Each visit is always worth it. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming from the front desk to the aestheticians. Lilly is who i go to each time and she is just the sweetest
