First time visit and chose Maritza due to the amazing reviews I read. She was truly wonderful. I’ve been sugaring for years, and while I love the results I always have to prepare myself for the awful pain. I’ve been searching for a place since I moved to Miami, and with a trip to Hawaii coming up I had to go in. I’m so glad I tried this place, and Maritza. This is the first time ever that I have an almost painless experience. Idk what type of wax they use but that was so smooth and painless. I just found my new waxer and place!! :)

I meant to do this sooner. Shout out to Noemi. I selected her for my brow wax because I read a lot of positive reviews mentioning her--and they did not steer me wrong. The first time I went, I laid down on her table and let God take the wheel. LOL. I know it's crazy, but from past experience, I felt like my directions have resulted in them not coming out how I like them, so I decided to let her work her magic. And she did them perfectly! I keep up my brows on my own, so I only go to her every few months, but I've probably been going to her for 2 years or so and she's always been consistent. Also, she's quick and friendly. I have 0 complaints and highly recommend her.

Maritza was amazing, I had the best, most comfortable painless wax ever. The whole experience was really nice. The two lovely ladies at reception definitely added to my experience. I can’t wait to come back! 💋😻🥰

This place was welcoming, clean, and friendly! Stefani helped me today and made me feel comfortable right away. She did a great job at making me feel relaxed that I couldn’t believe how quickly we were done. Overall, I loved the service and will definitely return in the future.

I had a terrible experience. My waxer was unprofessional, seemed like she was doing everything in a rush and couldn’t wait to finish. This resulted in her burning my underarm with wax, and as a result it remains discolored to this day. Additionally I got a Hollywood and she didn’t even take all my hair off. There were so many patches left. I had to ask her to come back to redo it and it still wasn’t done properly. I had to fix it when I got home myself. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want to be properly maintained. I did leave a comment with her colleague at the front desk and I still paid the full price despite receiving such poor service.
