As a disabled american I can say it was Quick to get an appointment. Helpful staff. Beautifully decorated. The only downside was the parking lot. There are not enough disabled parking spaces near UniK waxing studio so if you have limited mobility plan to get there with plenty of spare time ahead to maneuver around the parking.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Cynthia at Uni K Wax - Cutler Bay. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. Cynthia is amazingly gentle, incredibly friendly, genuinely kind, and truly awesome at what she does. I had not had a wax in 14 months due to having a baby, so naturally I was a little nervous about getting back into it. However, Cynthia made the entire experience feel as though I had never missed a single session. Her technique is precise, professional, and impressively gentle. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and her calm, reassuring demeanor made all the difference. Miriam is absolutely amazing. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable, so much so that it honestly feels like I’m not even there. She has such a professional energy and makes what could be an awkward experience, feel effortless.

Front desk representative was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Miriam is my go to waxer at this location. She does a great job of delivering precise results and attends to the customer's well being by having an ice pack ready and cleaning wax off unwanted areas.
