Martha was absolutely amazing — professional, kind, efficient, and made the entire experience comfortable. She truly knows what she’s doing and is the only reason I would consider returning. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. Vanessa was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a consistently nasty attitude. Her lack of professionalism and basic customer service made an already frustrating situation worse. The front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and in this case, it was handled very poorly. This location seriously needs a new front desk representative.

Great experience, easy to get the appointment. Very clean and well maintained place. Martha did a great job. After many waxing experiences I can tell she is probably the best person I have ever had. Virtually painless, fast and precise.

I have come here a few times and they are usually ok, but the lady that was doing my eyebrows today chopped half of my eyebrows off when she told me she was only going to clean them and also left them noticeable uneven.
