Pretty terrible front desk and scammy marketing. The front desk was quite unfriendly and completely misrepresented my first name (I was registered as “La” for a front name and called such throughout service - the waxing lady later apologized but front desk dgaf) I was there for a 50% discount for first timers- id required and local resident. They had registered me on my way in as a new customer but at pay, they cant give me a discount because my id was still addressed to NYC. I showed them my credit card billing address was for Hoboken. They refused proof of local residency unless it was on the id card and denied the discount. They didn’t mind charging the card with a hoboken zipcode though 🙂 If anything should have been shared before providing the service given they new I was a new cust

I really like my experience here, the location is perfect the place very clean and all the staff is very nice and helpful. Jasmine do always a great work shes super kind friendly and explain all very well also for the care, also she works fast but her work always impeccable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been going here for 3 years now and it’s extremely CLEAN and hygienic. All the staff really take their time during the waxing and are very professional. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went for a full Brazilian wax and it was with a new young lady named Samantha A. She was amazing! I truly recommend her. She was so nice, sweet, kept making sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the wax. I am 3 month pregnant and she was very helpful with providing a pillow since I cant lay on my stomach. The best experience ever. Hurry and book with her ASAP <3 Thank you love I truly appreciate your service.

I never visit the studio. Im a new customer. And i was literally trying to book an appointment online through website. As i had some glitch on my end. I ended up calling the studio to book the appointment. But the front desk person starts yelling at me for no reason. Blaming i booked everything. Which i didn’t. That person is very rude. And i ended up never visiting the place
