Veronica is amazing — she’s the only reason I came back. She’s professional, kind, and does my brows perfectly every single time. That being said, the girl at the front desk is hands down the worst part of this place. She is clearly not a people person and quite frankly has no business working in customer service. She acts like customers are an inconvenience. I walked in today at 12:30, and with not a single person waiting, she told me the next available appointment was 1:30 with no explanation— this is supposed to be a place that accepts walk-ins. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and just flat-out miserable, exactly like other reviews have said. It’s embarrassing for a business to have someone like that as the first face customers see. I won’t be coming back.
