The front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to see my invoice, she initially declined and instead provided the information verbally in an arrogant manner, making me feel very uncomfortable. This was disappointing, especially since the technician, Jasmine, was amazing and very professional. Everything was perfect until checkout. When I politely asked for my invoice to review the charges, the front desk lady refused and answered verbally in a condescending tone. I don't think my request was unreasonable, but her attitude certainly was. The store's response accused me of violating their new customer discount policy, which is beyond absurd.
