Ana was AMAZING! My eyebrows needed a serious clean up and she worked her magic while showing the upmost professionalism and care. Augustina was so kind when greeting me at the front desk. Such an enjoyable experience!

No parking, had to wait for 35 minutes even though I was only 7 minutes late to my appointment. In response to store’s response: I have to correct you that my service with the add-on service was scheduled to take at least 10 minutes not 5 minutes as you claim. Also, I texted that I will arrive a bit late because parking was impossible to find nearby. When I arrived there, I was told if I wait for only 10 minutes they should be able to take care of my appointment. I waited for 35 minutes!! Also, the service was very mediocre and the tweezers not hygienic either as she just put it on the dirty table during my service and left it there. I regularly go to other Unikwax locations but I will never visit this Midtown branch ever again.
