I’ve been coming to Uniwax (East Side location) for about 3 years now, and I’m always impressed. My appointments are always on time, and the entire staff — from the front desk to the back — is professional, friendly, and welcoming. My skin is always soft and intact after my visits, and I truly love the experience every time. Saskia is my go-to she’s incredibly polite and her services are impeccable. If you’re looking for consistent, high-quality waxing services, Uniwax is the place to go!

This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and was very nervous to say the least! I read many reviews and decided to go with Reika and she was by far amazing!! She walked me through everything and was the kindest soul! Highly highly highly recommend Reika and Uni K!

I came to Uni Wax for a service with Pinky, and she was absolutely amazing gentle, professional, and definitely a 5-star waxer. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely ruined the visit. The receptionist had a nasty, snooty attitude, pressured me to tip even though my balance showed $0, and then I was unexpectedly charged $37 before leaving. After being surprised with that charge, she still pushed for a tip and wasn’t polite about it at all. The false advertising and her attitude are the reason I won’t be returning, but I highly recommend Pinky for anyone looking for a great waxer.

There's a terrible front desk receptionist named "Ms. Jones" (short afro, glasses) who met me with hostility after she failed to pick up a phone call and respond to my messages for 30 minutes straight. Despite traveling an hour and trying to notify the staff that I was going to be late, she waited until I was in front of her, spoke to me with a nasty tone, and said "there's nothing else to talk about, so get out of my way." She didn't apologize for missing my calls and texts for 40 minutes straight, nor did she think her behavior was inappropriate. So sad that I have to leave the wonderful Anita because this place of business decides to employ people who think it's okay to speak condescendingly to their customers. I have emailed their team and am currently waiting to hear back.

Sudha is amazing! She is so gentle and lovely to be around. The space is clean, everyone is so friendly and I highly recommend going for all your waxing needs! Love it
