Friendly staff and excellent service! I schedule with Viki every time. She’s extremely patient and her skills are great! The results exceed my expectations every time.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional nail salon experiences I have had. The staff openly talk and laugh about customers in Chinese right in front of you, making no effort to hide it. It feels blatantly disrespectful and awkward. The service is rushed and careless. Nail techs focus on getting you out as quickly as possible, even taking personal phone calls in the middle of your service. The work feels sloppy and unfinished, with no attention to detail. Despite this, they overcharge for everything. Customer service is basically nonexistent and the atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. You leave feeling disrespected and ripped off rather than satisfied. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being rushed, ignored, and made fun of.

Unfortunately I can not in good faith recommend Unice Nail Spa please do your due diligence and read the bad customer reviews yourself on why there is a reason why locations like this will have 3 stars overall they have the worst customer service and it’s clear the quality of the products they use aren’t where other competitors are in comparison. Avoid or proceed at your own risk.

Regular meni pedi : the worst! Pedicure was about 15min, it was barely anything but cut nails! Manicure was done in 5min. What is the point of this place? That kind of express cut you can do at home. The staff is NOT friendly, the place is just badly run and rude. Worst ever. Should have trusted other bad reviews :/.
