As a first time customer all I can say is YES! A lot of service providers these days lack communication and professionalism. They also don’t provide hair for the service & over charge. This salon is amazing. The price is just right and the hair is provided. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in AND I’m so in love with my hair. Thank you Leonaldia so so much! I’ll be back every 3 weeks🩷!

I had the BEST experience getting my hair done yesterday at the 1859 location. It was my first time getting knotless braids and it was for their Black Friday Sale. As soon as I walked in they were ready to start when I arrived a bit early and welcomed me in. The woman here are all so pleasant. I paid $180 for the sale which included the hair and I was VERY happy about that as when you’re a newbie sometimes it can be confusing knowing which is the best to buy for braids. I was happy to confirm first to find out if hair was included with the style. (Which I suggest everyone contacts their salon before hand as some salons don’t offer hair included or certain styles may not include hair, *you may have to purchase your own before hand for some salons*).
