Uniq Braids

The staff here and all who were braiding hair were very welcoming and nice. My issue is with my hair. I just moved to the area therefore I wanted to try them out.. first off, the older lady in the back of my head was making my braids super bigger than the front. “I know the front is typically smaller” however you can tell two people played in my hair. I usually get human hair for my boho braids but went for their synthetic. The hair was the worst synthetic I’ve ever had including the actually type of braiding hair not just the curl. My hair is tangled everyday and I’m cutting more hair out than I can afford to. The braids in the back had more boho to hide how different the braids look from front to back. IT HAPPENED TO ME DON'T LET IT BE YOU!!!! Asked for boho braids a little longer than medium presented a picture to the braider constantly related to her she was braiding too tight for one and braider asked me to take off my glasses and station me in between the mirror so besides unable to see without my glasses I could only see the wall. Two braiders continue to braid my hair one braiding still extremely tight, when finished I looked and realized my hair was extremely too long I didn't have time to wait so I called on my way home and asked if they can cut the braids tomorrow and was told yes, got home and realized most of the braids hair was sticking up out of the braids and immediately took them out. I spoke to the owner she suggested I could of came back to get the boho hair taken out b

I was highly disappointed with the service I was given. I got 2 feed in cornrows $60. When I first walked in I was greeted and then everyone started to speak a different language which is no problem but they were looking at me weirdly and kept talking in the different language I did not understand which was very rude. The lady who did my hair was very rude, she had an attitude the WHOLE time and she acted like she didn't want to do my hair. She was also rough when she was combing the gel through my hair, she was rough when she was braiding the end near my neck, was pulling the braid which in result I said "ouch" and had to grab the braid. I believe she was doing this because I was speaking up about how I wanted my hair a certain way but I was doing that because I was being charged $50 plus

Don’t waste your time. I was discriminated and will never come back to this establishment again. I called in prior to being seen and was told they were available to braid my hair. I just wanted 2 braids. They told me to come in immediately and that it was going to be $30-$45 the least. When stepping in, I wasn’t greeted immediately as the people working there looked confused. I then re told them about calling in for just 2 braids. They jumped the price to $70 and then was told to sit at a chair but then mins later told the braider wasn’t in to do my hair. I look around as they were all saying no. My hair was washed and straightened already and just needed braiding. Due to not needing extensions, they were like nope. I left and later was called 3hrs later asking if I got my hair braided or

I asked for distressed butterfly locs and they gave me regular locs which I did not ask for and they are not mid back length. The first picture is what I asked for, the second picture is what I got and the third picture my hair is unraveling after one day. I usually don’t do post. But this was a horrible experience. I asked for a refund and the owner stated we don’t do refunds. I asked if she could fix it, she stated they can’t. She does not value her customers at all. After just 1 day my hair started unraveling.
