DO NOT even bother! I am going wedding dress shopping tomorrow and had called and spoken to someone Thurs. about an appointment. They are normally closed Sundays but she said she would make an exception. I was thrilled. I made a little mistake in the timing though and called back Friday to see if 10am would work instead of noon. The lady told me that was fine. Needless to say I was stood up. Horrible customer service. They could have called me and told me the time didn't work anymore. NEVER use them, if your experience is anything like mine you will be disappointed. Definitely wish I had called somewhere else, now its too late. Should have known when they never even made the call to confirm my appointment like I was told they would on Sat.
