Can’t get any help from the gentleman in the store the customer service was very rude , the gentleman rather sit on the phone instead of helping there customers , please do better when customers come from out of town to support local business

In my opinion, the customer service here is horrible; especially from the older male that is always at the front counter. He never smiles and never seems grateful for the African American/Black population that actually pays his salary. I believe that people are so desperate for hair until they will patronize merchants who obviously do not value their customers. Imagine what their bottom line profit would be if the people that they devalued stopped shopping here. The black lady who worked there forever left and went to Hair Depot. That speaks volumes. As for me, my money just cannot land in this store. No smiles and rudeness from them to me, then none of my cash from me to them. Horrible service. Asked for assistance with picking out hair and very rude service was received. The guy said what color many colors. I said bring me a selection. Just nasty tone telling me no tell me what color. And when he finally went back to check they didn't even had the color I wanted. So I went looking for something different and no one around to assist although the store is dead and only 1 other customer was inside. I walked out. Guess my business wasn't needed.

store has alot of different hair without prices asked them a price n they just say what comes 2 mind I feel. customer service was on point but they need more space for all the stuff they got in there

Very clean and helpful. They have everything. I love coming here.
