Unique Nails

I moved to Lansdale from Center City Phila 10 years ago, so my standards for salons are high. I tried every nail salon in the Lansdale/Worcester area. This one is the best. It’s under new management as of June 2023. They now play relaxing music on the tv with nature scenes. It puts you in a tranquil mood. The new staff offers you alcoholic drinks, water, coffee or tea. Wow! Great customer service! I don't get gels or acrylics - just regular mani/pedi and occasional eyebrow waxing. Sometimes I splurge by getting spa pedicure service - that's a relaxing, spa-like experience. Since the beginning of COVID, I bring my own nail trimming utensils and my own nail polish. I visited this place , one person of my FB page post good things about it , I was looking for a good place, and this is amazing, I’m from NY , 9 years ago I moved to here , and I was waiting and looking for something good , and thank god I found it!!! Thank you so much Carrie for your post , Zen it’s the best nail artist I having met !!! Also , the best pedicure I ever had .

If i could give 0 starts i would. I have gone to this place before and was very disappointed. I heard there was new management so decided to give them another shot. Never again! It may be slightly cleaner but the service was even worse than before. I made an appointment for a pedicure arrived a few minutes early and was seated shortly after i picked my color...30 min latter i was finally being helped...my "express" pedicure took 2 hours by the time I finally left. After waiting so long i was about to leave and they " started" my pedicure. I proceeded to Sit at the pedicure station "soaking" for over 30 min. While they chased after a small child, changed diapers, etc....was I in a Salon or daycare? Seriously if you take you child to work at least pay some attention to the Paying customer

I had a great spa pedicure! It was amazing and so relaxing and Tuendy did amazing. Only giving 3 stars because the owner marked up the price way more at the end of my service. My nail tech told me the deluxe spa pedicure was $75 and they were doing 20% off all month of July. So I said ok. At the end the owner said it was $88, and I said the lady told me $75, she said you got gel 🤦🏽‍♀️ which the nail tech knew. So I feel like she marked it up so the 20% off didn’t even matter lol. Then they charge you more to take the gel off as well. A little ridiculous and also tell the client this BEFORE you start not after. They also have that they take credit cards but when you go to pay she says no only Cash or Venmo. That’s unprofessional and turned me off as a new client. Most ppl don’t have cash or

Hands down the worse experience I’ve had for a manicure and pedicure. The tech didn’t remove all of my existing polish and didn’t seem to know how to remove cuticles. He cut me and didn’t even apologize despite the fact I was bleeding. And while I was in the salon another women came in and said her Gel polish peeled off less than 2 days from application by them. Avoid this place.
