Just had a gel fillin on Sunday 9/12/21 and today 9/13/21 my nails have started chipping. I’ve never had this problem with other salons. I’ll typically have my gel nails for weeks before any chipping occurs. Very disappointed.

the owner of the shop texted me actually cursing me out after I missed an appt after I told her I was in an accident. literally insane and I will never go back - do not ever go here. Rude, unprofessional and unhinged. This is not how you treat or speak to those keeping your doors open. Do not go to this salon- save yourself the trouble and money and this is the OWNER. UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been going to this salon for 6 months. I do acrylic nails which are expensive but this time the top coat started peeling off in spots on 6 of my nails … this started happening before Christmas (7days after having them done by the owner) but I was busy with family coming in and could not return to show her until today. When I showed the owner she was rude abd angry and said that I should get them done again that I had them done too long ago. I said that I normally go 4 weeks as I have done my nails for many years and I go 4 weeks . She told my angrily NOT MY CUSTOMERS! You must do them every 2 weeks that what I require! Terrible experience! Had acrylic nails done on Saturday, she did not smooth them after applying a very thin later of acrylic. By Tuesday they started chipping and 5 days later 5 nails were chipped and cracked. I called in to the salon to ask them to fix them. Her first comment was 'we don't fix nails'. Huh?! So I let her know that she had applied the original acrylic. She asked me to show her and when I did she stated with a scoff 'that is not my fault, that is your fault. I did not break them, you did!' All of this front of her client! Speechless and disgusted. If I could have awarded zero stars I would have, but the one star is for the decor lol. Will never use this very unprofessional and bad quality salon again, and will make sure none of my friends/family/colleagues go through this e

I went to this nail place to get my nails done, and lord i could cry. The lady that did my nails was super nice, but the nails came out looking bad. There was nail polish all on the side of my fingers, i asked for square nails and i did not receive that, she was rushing with my nails which cause the nail driller to cut the side of my fingers, and then had the nerves to charge me $60.00 for it. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! it was my 1st and last time cause HELL NO.
