Unique Nails Spa

I made an appointment for 6pm with my husband and we were tired after work. They kept us waiting for half an hour. There was no problem at all. Then someone came and started the process, but while applying the nail polish, bubbles formed and I asked them to wipe it off. It ended up on all my nails. I said there was a problem with the nail polish. He left without caring at all. It was time to leave, and we were the last ones left. The employees were chasing tips and making their calculations. Absolutely zero satisfaction. And despite this behavior, we gave tips. It's a shame, don't go.

Today I had an appointment with Coco. She is great! I love my nails the best shape I’ve ever gotten on my manicure. She was so professional, nice, and respectful. I will definitely schedule more appointments in the future with Coco.

I’ve been coming here since they opened in January and absolutely love it. Coco is the best and really makes my nails look exactly how I like them. She’s slso super friendly and very sweet. My nails leave literally lasted me up to 4 weeks without lifting and are still strong. May has also done my nails and did a great job as well!! The pedicures are great as well and the environment is super clean and relaxing. I definitely suggest making an appointment. I wish I had more pictures but unfortunately do not.

Coco is the best and patient with me, I. a bit particular with my nail shape. nice atmosphere and love the prices and atm on site is always superhelpful. also love the snack and drinks while waiting 🥰

Have been before with good results. However, last visit was awful. Terrible manicure, poor service. I was asking the technician to complete the manicure to satisfaction. She missed cuticles, nails uneven, skin all over. No manager, no employee came over to check in. I decided to pay and leave instead of having a pedicure too. No one said a word. Shocking and disappointing.
