I have my suspicions about this place. I’m not sure if they’re using some type of chemicals in their products but it’s not good. Back in Fall 2023, I went in for a wash/set/flat iron. My hair was heat damaged for months! In the Spring of 2025, I wanted a quick wash (that’s it). AGAIN! My hair texture has changed with just a wash, no heat. I’m confused as to what is happening and wanted some answers. I’m not sure of anyone else has experienced the change in texture + hair falling out in pieces after visiting this location. Please share so others can avoid if your hair cannot handle the heat or products being used in this salon

The worst hair cut of my life. They completely disregarded what I asked for and when I returned for an explanation of what this was and asked for a refund her response was to call me broke and say that I was balding and that’s why it looked like that. Mind you the haircut was so far off from what I asked for ( I asked for long layers and she gave me uneven bangs). I’ve grown my hair out for over a year and to be ridiculed for advocating for what I asked for was disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with a specific cut in mind fairly simple when I got outside I saw it in true light and saw that the money pieces that was suppose to be layered was a bang… she gave me bangs. Uneven bangs at that… when I went back to tell her I would like a refund instead of taking this as a learning opportunity she took it as a chance to come for the density my hair. Very unprofessional and just bad hair stylist overall.

Best hair salon ever. Ana is very experienced in color and straightening. My hair is very stubborn. But at TINA'S, after coloring greys stay gone
