Thank you so much Jenny for putting client satisfaction above everything. I love love love my nails and my eyebrows. She cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly without taking off too much hair. Love them! Thank you for treating me with such kindness! Such a great experience with you today.

Great first time visit! Came in first thing in the morning with a group of 3. Sat right down and were taken care of right away! Everybody was friendly. Took their time, we felt very pampered! Chairs were high quality and everything worked (massage, adjustments)

Meh. I had a hair appointment scheduled for 10 AM practically next-door so I went at 9 AM to get a pedicure. Though that is their opening time no one showed up for 10 minutes. It was another 10 minutes before pedicures was ready for me. I had to ask them to rush through the whole pedicure, which I really hated to do, but I didn’t want to be late for my hair appointment with a new barber. They did a fine enough job, but I would just be careful about the details here. Also, the photo on this site that shows their prices is incorrect. It says $25, but in reality the price is $35. Just another reason I won’t be coming back. That’s a average price, but I hate the misrepresentation.

Update. I was in the area and stopped in for a mani and ped with gel. Total cost $85 The place has had upgrades and looked beautiful and extremely clean. I was immediately taken to a chair abd my service started. The lady was very professional and paid close attention to details and her service. The foot/leg rubbing was completely passed over and didn't receive it, which is a bummer, it adds to the spa experience. This was the 1st time I was not given a menu of different spa packages to choose from. I just sat in the chair and got a very basic pedicure. The manicure was done the same way. ....Seems to be very busy everytime I go (good for them!) But then I feel I'm being rushed so they can get the next person who is waiting in the chair.

I am so happy with the service I received. Natalie really took her time and made sure my manicure was done to perfection. You could tell she is really passionate about what she does. I did not feel rushed at all, and the prices were the best I’ve seen in the area. I can’t wait to return here for a pedicure. ETA on February 24, 2021: I have been going to United for a year now (specifically seeing Natalie who is an amazing technician) and it has been consistently great service. By far the best nail place I’ve been to and I plan on continuing to go until I live too far away to possibly get there. Wish I could give them more stars!
