I recently purchased a wig from Unitz By Jaz, and I couldn’t be happier! I went in on a Friday just to inquire, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was super friendly, even taking the time to measure my head on such short notice. They were able to make the wig quickly, and I picked it up the very next day—Saturday! The wig itself is gorgeous, fits perfectly, and looks amazing. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Unitz by Jaz to anyone looking for high-quality wigs. I’ll certainly be coming back for my next one!

Jazz customer service is trash and so are those thin wigs, she charged my niece 950 for a wig that didn’t have any combs, called several times only to receive messages from her assistant. Mind you, my family has purchased a few wigs from her in the past, it’s very disrespectful, she doesn’t cater to her customers, when they have a complaint, especially spending almost a stack!!! Never Again! I wish I could give a negative zero star!!! Stop patronizing merchants who doesn’t care about their customers!

I have purchased several units but will no longer support black business. The communication and customer service is trash. Whatever they say to you is not true. You have to wait for notice to get the wigs refreshed, it’s easier to custom order and wait forever than try to buy what’s online as the inventory is always 5 or less. I’m extremely disappointed after saying they will hold the wig cause she needed to get the price and then sold it. You can only try so many times until you realize this business isn’t a business
