This is my third time here and they always lived up to my expectations and more. Victoria did my Gel X extensions and cateye design and it was just like how I wanted. She was awesome. They always go the extramile to match client's expectations and the result is very close to the inspiration pictures.

All I have to say about this place is WOW!! Owner and staff are amazing! We were on our weekly search for new places to check out and this place popped up on my Instagram. Pedis were LONG overdue and we were in need. They did NOT disappoint. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The staff was eager to cater to any need. We had our daughter with us and they were so sweet to her. Made her a special “frozen red drink” and we’re just so sweet. The pedis were so amazing. Not rushed, very detail oriented and made sure everything was top notch. It seems there is a nail salon on every corner but make this your new permanent spot! Can’t wait to come back!

⭐️ Review I came today for a manicure and pedicure service, everything was good until I clearly requested that my skin be cleaned of any residual material because I have sensitive skin, yet my manicure was still done poorly. There was dip-powder glue left all around my skin, and the cleanup was not done properly at all. This is how I walked out of the salon, even after pointing it out. My pedicure was perfect, and everyone there was very nice and attentive, but that doesn’t change the fact that I paid for a professional service. After spending $142 including tip, the manicure quality was definitely not worth the price.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I had originally chosen to go here based off of the incredible reviews. Needless to say, the service was exceptional!! I tried gel-x for the first time as it was recommended by Ms Jenny….never going back!!! She worked so efficiently and my nails came out perfect. She was so sweet and I love how my nails turned out!!! Even though this salon is 40 mins away, I will totally make the trip just to come here!!!

I’ve been seeing Jenny at Universal Nail & Spa in Frisco for the past two months, and she is absolutely phenomenal! Her work is meticulously perfect every single time — she pays attention to the smallest details and ensures my nails always look flawless. Jenny is both hospitable and highly professional, making each visit relaxing and enjoyable. The spa itself is stunning — beautifully designed, clean, and filled with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every staff member greets you with a smile and makes you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. I can’t recommend Universal Nail & Spa (and Jenny!) enough for anyone looking for top-notch service and a little self-care luxury in Frisco. 💅✨
