University Nail

My first experience was on July 4, 2020. I went in for a fill in, the wait was long which was understandable considering that it was a Holiday. I waited over 2 1/2hrs. At which point a group of 5-8 ladies came in and all priority was shifted from clients that were waiting to their group. I asked prior do they do appointments and the answer was no, but clearly they do. Make a long story short, I returned on several occasions for fill ins and repairs as needed. My last visit was one repair, at which point afterward I noticed my nail was turning colors, it was not lifting and I do not work with water. At first I thought maybe some paint was transferred, but my nails were clear, clearly that was not the case! I removed the nail only to discover Gangrene! So I began to eye ball my other nails

This is after two weeks and still strong. I requested when getting my nails done that I am a busy very mother and I am rough with my hands that I would pay if a stronger acrylic powder was used, so he did they're efficient fast and they know what they're doing I love my nails. A closed mouth does not get fed you have to ask for what you want.

Staff is very friendly. Check-in process is not too clear. Visited town for a friends wedding and needed a mani. Tried their Gel, it didn’t even last a full week. I want to give a better rating, my experience wasn’t bad, it was just not the best. Price is decent.

I went there and never goin back. My nails were fat. The acrylic was too thick, and I tried to tell them to make it natural and too thin it out a little they got mad and was very rude. Start talking in another language and walked away. They are very unprofessional and they want to do your nails their way and not how you want it. Who wants to walk around with fat nails no one. And then get up from the table when you ask him to thin it out a little. Left me sitting there for five minutes wow they go in the back and discuss it. So when they finally came back, He started slamming things. I almost walked out, but I paid and went and got my nails done somewhere else. Please don’t ever go to them. all I got was a full set and polish

I never ever write reviews and if I do it's because I want everyone to know how awesome a place is.... Not the case here. I waited for an hour to get a full set ( that I never even got ) a lady without an appointment walked in an hour after I arrived and they took her first to do her nails. That's when I walked out. But while waiting I have never experienced an atmosphere so unprofessional ! Don't waste your time or money. By the way their sign out front and inside says a full set is 28 and he charged everyone 33$
