I am so glad I found Shannon. She did not have me waiting as soon as I walked in she got started. She is very professional and truly is a professional she asked me questions about my natural hair, which let me know she cares about what she does.Everyone spoke to me as I entered the salon I immediately felt comfortable she is very family oriented. I love that she cares about natural hair , I love the hair I purchased so many compliments on how natural my hair looks. I absolutely love the way she styled my quick weave love love love it. The hair I purchased from her is sooooo beautiful, when I walk it flows and bounces. So glad I found her!!!

I booked an appointment with Shan at 5:30pm but when I showed up she had multiple people still ahead of me and was very rude in regard to when she would get started on my hair. I waiting in the lobby around 20 minutes for her assistant to braid down my hair but I was never seen. My overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend.

I’ve been pondering for a couple days on whether or not I should make this review, but I’ve recently spent over $200 for a middle-part closure quick-weave cut into a bob, only for the middle-part closure to be significantly off-centered. She mentioned that I was “crooked” at the end of my appointment, however, I didn’t notice how bad it looked until I went home and had a closer look. I did mention to her at a previous appointment, in a humorous way, that I have a slight shoulder imbalance when she was cutting my bob due to a condition I had when I was younger that was corrected with surgery considerably. So, the shoulder imbalance isn’t apparent enough for her to completely botch my middle part closure and then blame me. She didn't even mess up the bob cut! She didn't mess up the bob cut
